We accept orders from anywhere in the world where there is adequate shipping coverage. We will use our best efforts to deliver products to a common carrier within 3 days after acceptance of your order. This delivery schedule is approximate and is based upon our anticipated production schedules; where priority and schedules prevent strict compliance with the scheduled delivery date, Travertine Spa will make delivery as soon as reasonably possible after such date.

Our prices are exclusive of any federal, state, or local sales, use, withholding, customs duties, excise or other taxes or charges that may be assessed, charged, imposed or levied by any public authority. You will pay any such taxes or charges.

THE FOLLOWING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF, AND TRAVERTINE SPA HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF THE COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE IN RELATION TO THE USE OR PURCHASE OF ITS PRODUCTS.
YOUR REMEDIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SALE, DELIVERY OR RESALE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCTS LIABILITY AND STRICT LIABILITY), UNDER ANY WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY AS SET FORTH HEREIN. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOTWITHSTANDING (A) THE FACT THAT TRAVERTINE SPA MAY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CLAIMS OR (B) THE FAILURE OF ANY REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT BY US, WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF PRODUCTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OUR FAILURE TO REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AFFECT THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
WE WARRANT THAT OUR PRODUCTS ARE FREE FROM DEFECTS UNDER NORMAL USE FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT. WE SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO REPLACE: (1) PRODUCTS ALTERED OR MODIFIED OTHER THAN BY US; (2) PRODUCTS FAILING DUE TO MISUSE, IMPROPER STORAGE, IMPROPER ENVIRONMENT, CARELESSNESS, NEGLIGENCE OR ACCIDENT; OR (3) PRODUCTS FAILING DUE TO DAMAGE OCCURRING AFTER DELIVERY THEREOF TO YOU. IF A PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, TRAVERTINE SPA'S ONLY OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT UPON ITS RETURN TO US FOR INSPECTION.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with California law. All disputes and controversies arising hereunder shall be settled by arbitration in Los Angeles, California in accordance with the rules then obtaining of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon its award shall be final, conclusive and binding. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action to confirm or enforce any award granted through arbitration shall be the Superior Court of California for Orange County (if under State law) or the United States District Court for the Southern District of California (if under Federal law).

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Travertine Spa Inc., from and against any claim, action, loss, liability, expense, damage or judgment, including costs and attorneys' fees, which arise as a result of any of your actions, or actions of your agents, employees, consultants or representatives in connection with your use or resale of the products sold hereunder.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We ship internationally. We do not ship to every country. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please contact us for rates. Some international clients prefer shipping to a third party courier. When you place an order with Travertine Spa, you will receive an order confirmation at the end od the transaction. If you have questions about your order please email info@travertinespa.com.

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

Travertine Spa is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California.

All sales are final. 

Damaged or defective items will be replaced or we will refund your original purchase price. Please email concierge@travertinespa.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Products must be returned to us for inspection prior to replacement or refund. We do not provide return shipping costs. In the event that an international shipment is refused, once we receive proof of documentation and return of product, we may return purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We work to protect the security of your registration and billing information during transmission by using the highest level of encryption, 128-bit key Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which protects such information you input. You can further help protect to ensure your security by taking a few simple precautions.
